The farm is located in an idyllic rural environment, surrounded by forest and offers total privacy, since it has no direct neighbors. The private chlorine pool has dimensions of 10 m x 4.5 m and a depth that varies from 1.10 m to 2.10 m. Perhaps you would like to sunbathe on one of the six sun loungers, take a dip in the pool or cool off in the outdoor shower. The pool area is decorated with style and the colorful boxes can serve as a side table for your drinks. Two furnished terraces offer a cool and pleasant place to have a barbecue or have a delicious breakfast. At night, the pool is illuminated so you can bathe under the starry sky, a very romantic experience. The 40,000 m2 plot is fenced and offers plenty of space for children to play, run and enjoy nature.
The interior of the house is decorated with a lot of style, bright and with fresh colors. The living room has AC and TV-sat. The owners decorated the house with a lot of love and design elements such as the lamps in the living room. In the open ceramic hob kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a good banquet. Additionally, for coffee lovers there are two electric coffee makers; a nespresso and a melita. The laundry room, located on the terrace, offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with a double bed, AC and wardrobe. The wooden bedside tables are in harmony with the parquet floor and the wooden ceiling beams, offering a warm space to rest. Going up the stairs, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with two single beds. Decorated in a cozy style, they offer a wardrobe and a fan per room. Regarding the views, all bedrooms have windows to the field or garden. If you look at the sinks, there is also a warm wooden element. Both bathrooms have a shower and are located one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. There is a cot and a high chair available. The electricity works with solar panels, making this house a sustainable place. For the winter months the house has two pellet stoves; one on each floor.
The beautiful south-east of Mallorca is a unique piece of the island, characterized by fine sand beaches, landscapes of singular beauty and the white salt mountains in Las Salinas. The most notable beach is Es Trenc, a natural area of several kilometers. Nature is the protagonist in this beautiful area and the waters of the Mediterranean shine in infinite shades of blue. Going further east, there is the Mondragó natural park and different coves such as Cala s'Almonia, es Caló des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards and Portopetro. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is nearby, ideal for dining on fresh seafood or taking a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. In Campos and Ses Salines you will find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies; In a few words everything you need during your stay. In Campos, Thursday and Saturday are market days. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
