If what you are looking for is to know the true essence of the island, you have chosen the perfect home, because this wonderful rustic house reveals that exceptional traditional charm thanks to its beautiful natural stone that surrounds the façade and the interiors. In addition, it is located in a town where people enjoy maintaining those ancient customs such as going for a morning walk through the town, having a coffee at the bar in the square or simply enjoying the quiet atmosphere. On the terrace, in fact, they will have a great time preparing delicious barbecues in calm.

The construction offers two distribution levels. Upon entering, a large hall leads you to a large dining room open to the living room, equipped with satellite television, air conditioning and two comfortable sofas to relax. Then you access the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and direct access to the terrace. In the laundry room they have an iron, washing machine and ironing board. There is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower that completes this ground floor. Going up the stairs you access a second room where you can read a book or play a board game. Next, you access two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and space for a crib and a high chair, and the last with two single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning, and the two upstairs have television (without satellite). Finally, a bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub completes this upper floor.

Sencelles is a familiar inland town and quite central on the island. There you will find all the necessary services such as several bars and restaurants, a supermarket and more, although if you want more services we recommend going to Inca, a small city known for its traditional Thursday morning market, to which we invite you. The closest beach is Cas Capellans, in Can Picafort, located less than 30 km away, with crystal-clear waters and fine sand. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
