In the patio of this wonderful town house you can spend pleasant moments thanks to a wonderful private chlorine pool, measuring 6.3 m x 2.7 m and with a depth of 1.35 to 1.7 m. Around them, they have several sun loungers on a grass area, ideal for sunbathing. There is also a bathroom with shower in this area for your convenience. Then, the terrace invites you to prepare delicious barbecues or read a book in peace.
Inside, they find a traditional living room, with satellite TV and air conditioning, open to the dining area behind a large Mallorcan arch. Next they have the kitchen, equipped with an industrial gas stove, a table with chairs and a bench and plenty of space. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. If you are staying with a baby, we will prepare a crib and a high chair. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the accommodation. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house offers diesel central heating.
The house is located within the town of Sa Pobla, which is magnificent to be able to take a walk at any time and enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops in the square. In addition, every Sunday its traditional market of fresh and local fruits and vegetables, and many other artisan products, is held. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, about 11.4 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
