Sustainable country finca with orchard Can Tomeu with pool in Mallorca The comfortable finca with pool "Can Tomeu" offers plenty of peace and privacy and is located just 800 metres from the quiet village of Llubi, in the heart of Mallorca. A privileged location due to its proximity to all points of the island. This large house with capacity for 6 people has a fantastic garden surrounded by a lush lawn, where there is a large pool of 10x5x2 metres and a barbecue. The outdoor area has a pool for a refreshing dip with 6 sun loungers (pool towels included) where you can relax in the sun and 4 parasols, a furnished terrace with a large outdoor kitchen (with dishwasher and wood cooker, no electric hobs) and an outdoor bathroom with shower, perfect for enjoying all the amenities that the outdoor area of the finca offers. On the terrace there is a conservatory with a long table and a sofa area with Smart TV and ceiling fans.
