The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the beautiful main terrace, surrounded by trees and flowers, you will find a private salt pool with dimensions of 6 x 4 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, as well as a large table where you can start the day while having breakfast or extend your evenings at the end of the day.

The interior of the two-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a reading room and a large dining room that offers the perfect space to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. On this floor there is also a kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably; as well as a sink and a bathroom with shower. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to resting, they have 3 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them are on the ground floor. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Through a staircase you will access the first floor, where you will find another bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a furnished terrace. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This accommodation is located in SantanyÃ, a charming town known for its beaches with crystal clear waters, its impressive natural landscapes, its traditional architecture and its relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. We encourage you to explore its historic center, made up of narrow cobbled streets and stone houses, perhaps while also stopping at a good restaurant to delight in the local cuisine. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just a 5-minute drive away you will reach the beautiful beach of Cala SantanyÃ, with crystal-clear waters and white sand, perfect for spending a relaxing day and enjoying the sun and the sea. A very short distance away you will also find Cala Mondragó, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island thanks to its crystal-clear waters, fine sand and the impressive nature reserve that surrounds it.
