This wonderful rustic property with beautiful views of the Mallorcan countryside offers a magnificent private chlorine pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 meters. It is accompanied by 6 sun loungers and two umbrellas to relax after swimming. There are several outdoor corners where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. Privacy is total in this property.

The 2-story house has a traditional and comfortable style. In the living room, with AC and pellet stove, you can rest on the comfortable sofa and watch satellite TV. The dining room, also with AC, is independent, as is the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the house has 4 bedrooms. The first three are on the ground floor, two with single beds and one with a double bed. Two of them also with AC. The bedroom on the first floor also offers 2 single beds, AC and access to a wonderful terrace with incredible views of the fields. In the house there are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

Artà is a wonderful town in the northeast of Mallorca full of charm and tradition. It offers all the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The area is dotted with beautiful beaches such as Canyamel, just 4.7 km from the property. Golf can be an alternative during your vacation, with the closest course being Canyamel Golf just 4.2 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
