This wonderful town house offers a refreshing private saltwater pool at its rear from which you can admire views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The exteriors also include an area with sun loungers and a porch under which you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is located within the town and has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, which consists of two floors, has a classic and cozy style. The living room offers satellite TV and is linked to the dining area through the traditional Mallorcan arch. The independent style kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and also has access to the backyard. On this floor you will also find a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find a place to rest in its two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, radiator, AC, and TV. The other room consists of two single beds, wardrobe, AC, radiator and fan. A final bathroom, in this case with a bathtub, completes the first floor. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. We can also provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The house has oil central heating.

The town of Santa Margalida is a place where you can rest and disconnect from daily life. They will have at hand the necessary services for an independent stay and in addition the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro are just 15 minutes away by car.
