The terrace of this magnificent two-story house is undoubtedly the favorite place of our guests. The warmth offered by the high sea walls, which surround an incredible pool, turns this space into a true paradise, in a magazine photo, within the town. The pool is chlorine and has dimensions of 6.5 m x 3.35 m and a depth of 1.53 m. Around it they have an outdoor shower, four hammocks to enjoy the sun or reading an interesting book and a great table with outdoor chairs for your barbecues and long evenings.
The house, recently renovated with a careful modern style, has a spacious living room-kitchen-dining room with air conditioning, ideal for watching satellite television, relaxing and resting after having an aperitif and a delicious meal prepared in the induction kitchen. Then they have three bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning. One offers two single beds and is located on this same main floor, and the other two are located on the upper floor, one with a double bed and terrace and the last one with two single beds as well. There is availability for a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. As for the bathrooms, there are two with showers, one downstairs and one upstairs. Finally, of course there is an iron, ironing board and a washing machine, which is located on the terrace.
The house is located within the town of Sa Pobla, so we invite you to visit the main square and its great bars and restaurants with Mallorcan food or tapas. Their traditional weekly market is even held on Sundays so they can buy fruit, vegetables and other local products. There are also buses and trains very close, just over 1 km away. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, which is just over 11 km away, although it actually runs for many kilometers of coastline of white sand and crystal clear waters, wonderful! And if you like golf, the Pollença course is approximately the same distance. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
