The protagonist is the chill-out terrace, facing a spectacular landscape, where you can feel the pleasant sea breeze while reading a book lying on the mattresses under the parasol or watching the sun set at dusk. Another more sheltered terrace is perfect for eating delicious vegetables prepared on the barbecue outdoors. But in addition, in front of the house there is an extraordinary corner, a famous archaeological site known as talaiot, worth a visit before taking a dip in the salt waters.

The house offers two floors. In the main room, you will find a spacious and beautiful living-dining room, with A/C and a large sofa that attracts anyone to take a nap or watch a movie on TV-SAT. Then they enter the renovated kitchen equipped with a gas hob and a table and chairs. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms with a wardrobe and fan, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed, one of these with an en-suite bathroom with shower. We have two cribs and two high chairs if you travel with babies. The laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. On the upper floor, they have a second room, always open to the fresh sea breeze, with sofas and a play area to entertain the little ones, which can only be accessed from the outside.

Cala Morlanda is a beautiful cove in S'Illot, belonging to the municipality of Manacor, with a sandy beach. It has very easy access to the entire coastal area of ​​the Levante of Mallorca. Approximately in less than 10 km you have more than 8 beaches and paradisiacal coves. Even the most interesting thing is that there are boat excursions that take the entire route along the Levante Coast. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
