The furnished, bright and cosy house has a large living room with TV, a modern kitchen with open-plan dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which one bedroom with bathroom is on the upper floor. The elegant saltwater pool, measuring 5 x 11 metres and with a depth of 2.20 metres, is surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden. The 8 sun loungers at your disposal are also cosy and modern. The seating area on the spacious terrace is perfectly organised. Here you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the beautiful dining table or prepare a barbecue and enjoy it in the chill-out area. The furnished and well-kept outdoor areas offer you the opportunity to enjoy the island's pleasant climate. Breakfasts, lunches or dinners are a good option in the outdoor areas of this incredible house. Can Ribas - An ideal place for families and friends, quiet, comfortable and with a privileged location just a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca.
