The spiral stairs lead us to the first floor bedroom - open to the ground floor - also with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower outside. All bedrooms have AC. In addition, the house is equipped with oil central heating, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. The house is located a few km from Can Picafort where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, in addition to a beautiful sandy beach and a fabulous summer atmosphere. By car you can visit other nearby places such as Puerto de Alcúdia or Pollensa. The closest golf course is Alcanada, 18.6 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
