The house is close to all the services you may need, such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It has an excellent location as it is located in the center of Sa Pobla and getting to the beach only takes about ten minutes by car. If you like tranquility, outside this wonderful property you will find a beautiful terrace that will be the ideal place to extend your evenings with your loved ones. Please note that the property has direct neighbors and privacy is partial.

Inside this charming two-story house, you will find a spacious living room with satellite TV and AC that is prepared to offer you the relaxation and comfort you deserve. The kitchen, equipped with gas and ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. You can taste the wonderful dishes they have prepared in the kitchen dining area. At bedtime, you will find 3 bedrooms with AC. Two of them have two double beds and one has two single beds. Two bathrooms complete the room, one with a bathtub and shower and the other is a toilet. The accommodation has a radiator, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Sa Pobla is a charming town located on the island of Mallorca. It is a popular destination for tourists and local visitors as it is well known for its gastronomy, wines and culture. We recommend visiting the church of Sant Joan Baptista, a clear example of Gothic architecture, or exploring the Sa Pobla market, which is one of the oldest in Mallorca and offers a wide variety of local products.
