Are you looking for a relaxing, peaceful and lively place to spend a pleasant stay on the island? If so, do not hesitate to stay in this magnificent villa. The oval pool has dimensions of 6 m x 3.5 m, a depth of 1.5 m and is chlorinated. Here you can swim without rest after sunbathing for a long time on the six sun loungers. Right here, contemplating the beautiful views of the mountains and the entire lush garden, you can recharge your batteries with a Mediterranean breakfast. The outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off if you don't feel like swimming in the pool. On the farm there are sheep and cats; The owner goes to give them food every day. Also, keep in mind that there are horses on the neighboring farm. Privacy is absolutely total.
A well-kept sand path leads from the garden to a wonderful barbecue area, equipped with a large table and some basic appliances so you can enjoy a pleasant evening. Next to it, from a charming little terrace, you access the interior of the house to a colorful and comfortable living room, with satellite TV, open to the modern ceramic hob kitchen. They have a bathroom with a shower and a total of three bedrooms with a wardrobe. One of them has two single beds, A/C, space for a crib and a high chair and direct access to the garden. The second also has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. And the last one, however, has a double bed and a/c. Please note that one of the rooms is a passageway and does not have privacy.
The small town of Ariany exudes a lot of charm and a beautiful rural style. Its surroundings are full of fertile and peasant fields that make them an idyllic landscape for taking long walks exploring its beauty or for hiking or cycling. On the horizon rises the Puig de Bonany at 317 meters from where you can see a good part of the island such as the prodigious Sierra de Tramuntana, the Sierra de Levante, the entire Pla de Mallorca and the Bay of Alcúdia. If, on the other hand, you like the beach, the closest is in Son Serra de Marina, very quiet and family-friendly.
On the property you will be able to enjoy the company of several kittens.
