The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the patio you will find several areas where you can eat or have a drink with your companions, sun loungers where you can sunbathe and even a jacuzzi where you can cool off while relaxing. In addition, there is a balcony and an upper terrace from where you can admire fantastic views of the nearby mountains. As it is located within the town, the house has direct neighbors.

The interior of the three-story home is designed so that they can rest as they deserve. On the ground floor we find a living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, which opens directly to the patio through large windows, thus giving you the opportunity to expand or reduce the space as you wish. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. Through stairs you access the 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. On the first floor there are two of them, as well as a separate bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor is the last bedroom, which has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The location of the property is ideal if you are looking to get to know one of the parts of the island with the most deep-rooted traditions. Vilafranca de Bonany is a small town where the charm is palpable because it only has those small shops selling fruits and vegetables grown by local people, and the typical Mallorcan bars and restaurants. On the contrary, Manacor is close and has much more commercial activity and so on. The house is located just 500 m walk from the center of town, and about 15 minutes (10 km) by car from Manacor, birthplace of tennis player Rafa Nadal and as proof of this, the Nadal Museum Experience will offer you a unique experience where you will enjoy an exclusive exhibition of his best trophies and equipment as well as surprising light and sound shows. If you want to see the beaches, the closest is Porto Cristo, about 30 minutes by car. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
