Outside the property, the refreshing saltwater pool stands out, measuring 8 x 4 meters and having a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 meters. It is also fenced, for the safety of the little ones. There is also a grass area with a soccer goal, a rocking sofa and a playground with swings, a tower and a slide. Several porches and terraces invite you to enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. The play area for the little ones is also fenced. With the barbecue you can taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Inside, the 2-story house has a traditional and cozy style. The large dining room is equipped with satellite TV, AC with heat pump, good sofas and armchairs and a large table for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a gas stove and oven. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub and electric radiator where you will also find the washing machine. In another independent room you will find the iron, the ironing board and space to leave your suitcases. The 3 bedrooms with AC with heat pump are on the upper floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and electric radiator and the other 2 have 2 single beds. We can also provide you with two cribs and two high chairs if you travel with your babies. Finally, on the property you will find a baby changing table, a bed rail for children, 2 portable fans, 1 electric radiator, beach umbrellas and pool inflatables.

The property is located near Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana and Cala MandÃa, three small beaches with golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters. In Porto Cristo you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Another attraction in the area is the Drac caves, under which one of the largest underground lakes in the world is hidden.
