The lush, well-kept and amazing gardens of this property invite you to get lost strolling through its nooks and 28 metres, leading you to an incomparable chlorine pool, for shared use, measuring 12 m x 4 m and from 1.30 m to 1.60 m deep. Around them, they have several sun loungers and straw umbrellas that transport them to a dream place. A beautiful path created through the grass takes you to the house, where you find a private terrace perfect for having breakfast or dinner in the evenings outdoors, any delicacy you prepare on the barbecue.
The house is a beautiful apartment of about 50 m2 that distributes its rooms over two floors. Below are the living room, kitchen and dining area in the same room. On the sofa you can watch satellite television or listen to music on the CD player, and even if it's a cool day you can do it in the heat of the wood stove. The kitchen is small but very practical and has a gas hob. Going up the stairs you have the bedroom with wardrobe, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. For the colder months there is oil central heating. The laundry is communal and is located in another building about 20 m away. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
It is a completely ecological property that runs on solar energy, and is made up of several houses separated from each other. In short, you are going to stay at the wonderful Agroturismo Finca Can Pina! It is a perfect starting point for sports lovers due to its adjacent paved roads. Thanks to its central location, it is possible to reach any place on the island in a short time. In this inland area you can taste the local cuisine in countless bars and restaurants in its charming towns, as well as discover the small, traditional wine cellars. We also recommend visiting the weekly markets held in the towns of Costitx, Sineu, Sencelles, Inca, Petra, Consell and Santa María, among others. The closest beaches are those of Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Can Picafort, accessible within approximately 20 minutes by car.
