This cozy and wonderful estate invites you to relax thanks to the tranquility that the countryside offers. Its beautiful outdoor areas such as the wonderful field of fruit trees, a terrace furnished with a barbecue and a natural pond with fish, and a patio in front of the house perfectly furnished with two sun loungers and tables with chairs for your outdoor aperitifs, ensure that our guests enjoy themselves to the fullest. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around.
The house has two floors. Upon entering we have a spacious and comfortable living-dining room, with air conditioning, ideal for eating together and then chatting or relaxing watching satellite television. The kitchen is independent and offers a gas hob, oven and a very beautiful Mallorcan style, among many other things. They have two bathrooms with a shower on this same floor that serve the entire house, although one of them is located outside and is accessed through the garage. To rest, there are 3 bedrooms, two on the main floor with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Then they have the third upstairs with two single beds and a seating area with television (no satellite). There is a washing machine on the terrace, as well as an iron and ironing board. A cot and a high chair are also available.
Inca is a beautiful and familiar city in practically the center of the island, with all the essential services available, such as bars, Mallorcan restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc., and with easy access to any address on the island in a reasonable time. Best of all is its traditional Thursday morning market, which has been held for centuries and is ideal for sourcing local produce. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, about 27.3 km away, with crystal clear waters and fine sand. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
