The exterior of the villa is a true outdoor paradise. A large paved terrace offers the perfect setting to enjoy outdoor meals and relaxing moments under the Mallorcan sun. The impressive swimming pool, which is located about 75 meters from the house and has generous dimensions (12m x 6m and a depth of 1.20 to 2.50 meters), invites you to take a refreshing dip with panoramic views of the mountains. Additionally, an outside shower offers the opportunity to freshen up after a day of exploring. The barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals outdoors, while the sun loungers and parasols offer comfortable corners for sunbathing and relaxing. Privacy is total in this space surrounded by fruit trees and fenced.

The interior of the villa is cozy and comfortable. On the ground floor, the centrally heated lounge offers a cozy space to relax, equipped with satellite TV. The dining room, open to the living room, is perfect for enjoying family meals. The kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. On the first floor, we find three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, all of them with ceiling fans, heating and closets. Additionally, a cot is available. The villa has five bathrooms with showers, two of them en suite, and one of them outside, next to the pool. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Esporles, in the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca, is a charming destination with much to offer. Cycling and hiking lovers find here the perfect starting point to visit the mountains. Enjoy nature with walks along local trails, such as the route to the Finca de Son Mas or a visit to the impressive La Granja estate. The closest beach is Cala Banyalbufar, a cove of pebbles and crystal clear waters that, although it is not in Esporles, is a close visit that is worth it for its natural beauty and tranquility. In Esporles, you can explore the charming historic center, visit the parish church and the ethnological museum. In addition, you can taste local delicacies in its restaurants and wineries. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
