This property reflects, in its exteriors, all the authenticity of the island. There are several beautiful corners that invite you to enjoy the nature that surrounds the place. Especially the porch and a wonderful terrace, right behind, which invite you to prepare delicious outdoor barbecues. This will be the best plan to end a morning or an entertaining afternoon in the private salt pool, surrounded by artificial grass with 4 sun loungers, and measuring 6 x 4 m and 1 to 1.7 m deep.
The house is distributed in a main house, more authentic if possible than the exterior ones and with 2 floors, and a cozy annex next to the pool. In the main house you are welcomed by a rustic-modern kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with A/C, ceramic hob, a comfortable dining table, and a comfortable seating area, to watch TV-SAT or be with your family. Then they have a bathroom with shower that completes this floor, as well as 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. On the other hand, in the annex next to the pool, they have a third room with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms offer double bed, wardrobe and A/C. A cot and a high chair are available. Finally, of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The property is located 4.8 km from Algaida, one of the most authentic inland towns, preserving its mythical customs. In it they find everything they need such as restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The closest beach is Ca'n Pastilla, 20.8 km away, although we recommend skirting the coast of the island visiting paradisiacal beaches such as Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, etc.
The fireplace cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
