Here you can enjoy a typical Majorcan summer, having a drink on the terrace or having a barbecue. The front terrace has views of the street while the rear terrace is on an interior patio. The terraces are decorated with different pots, giving a Mediterranean touch to the exteriors. A bathroom with shower is located in the rear patio next to the kitchen door.

The terrace gives access to the ground floor and the elegant living room with sofa and satellite television. From there we access the dining area, where you can enjoy meals in the company of your loved ones. The dining room has access to the rear terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven and the most important utensils for cooking.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor: one with a double bed and two with two single beds. Two have access to a balcony and all have a fan and wardrobe. If you are traveling with your baby, we prepare a cot and a high chair upon request. A bathroom with bathtub and bidet serves the house. The chalet has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

If the beach is what you are looking for, this house is ideal as it is close to two beaches: Cala Morlanda and S'Illot. In the town you find everything you need for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. The little ones in the family will enjoy the safari zoo while adults can find bars and clubs in Cala Millor if they fancy a night out. The Cuevas del Drach with the underground lake are also worth a visit. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
