The beautiful house "Can Olivo" is a property located in the Port of Alcudia, very close to the beach. The well-known sandy beach of Alcudia is only 500 metres away and just a few minutes walking distance. e It is an independent two-story house with a very well-maintained and furnished outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather of Mallorca. On the first floor, there is a covered terrace with plenty of light and a large table with 6 chairs where you can have meals and barbecue. This terrace is directly connected to the separate and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a lovely living room with comfortable sofas and a television. On the ground floor, you'll find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. On the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom, also with a double bed and a spacious terrace with plenty of light, a desk, and a sofa. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, yet close to the beach and the large avenue with plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
