This wonderful Mediterranean-style house has a large salt pool measuring 8x3m and 0.4 to 1.8m deep that invites you to take a refreshing dip. The porch, with a barbecue, is ideal for eating with the family or having an aperitif while the rest sunbathe in the hammocks. The terrace becomes an outdoor resting place where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book, for example. For your entertainment there is a ping-pong table. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. The two-story house consists of a living room, where they have satellite television, separated from a second living-dining room by a very traditional arch of Majorcan houses. The kitchen with gas hob and electric oven also has a table for your breakfasts. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower complete this ground floor. On the upper floor, you will have a bathroom with a bathtub and 4 more bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, one with a single bed and the other with two single beds. For a baby, we will provide a crib and a high chair if you wish. Four fans, A/C system in the 4 bedrooms and up to seven radiators complete the equipment. The surroundings of this property are very quiet since the town of Colònia de Sant Pere is not extremely touristy. This property is located in a small urbanization near the beach and the Nautical Club of this town. In the surroundings (about 4km) you will find beautiful coves such as Cala Na Clara, which is characterized by its crystal clear waters and its tranquility. You can also take a walk or take a boat trip, as there are places that offer these services in the area. If what you want is a beach with fine white sand, just 14 min. By car you will find Son Serra de Marina, which is also characterized by its crystal clear waters and its wide beach. In this beach area there is a restaurant which serves fresh fish of the day. If you prefer to make a cultural visit, just 7 min. By car you have the town of Betlem where you can visit the hermitage and every Wednesday there is a market in Artá, where there are also supermarkets.
