The exteriors of this fantastic property are a true marvel. The house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 11m x 5m and a depth range that goes from 0.4m to 2.2m. In the pool area they have a small garden and an outdoor dining area, where you can all get together to enjoy a delicious barbecue. You will also find a ping pong table and sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. Delight in the wonderful environment that surrounds you thanks to the incredible views of the sea and the mountains from the accommodation's furnished terraces. Thanks to its incredible location, there are no nearby neighbors and total privacy.
Inside, the entire property has AC, underfloor heating and oil heating. It is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining room open to the kitchen that has access to one of the terraces. This room has Smart TV and satellite television. The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. On this floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub and hydromassage shower. A toilet serves this floor. Via the stairs you will access the first lower floor, where you will find a second room with Smart TV and a gas kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped, with fireplace and access to a terrace. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on this floor. The first has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third, two single beds, access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower; and the room has a double bed and access to the terrace. On the second lower floor there is a third room with sofas that has a play area for the little ones. On this floor you will also find a spa area that has a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower. They can use the accommodation's washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The local cuisine is a mix of Mediterranean flavors with influences from Spanish cuisine, with dishes such as Mallorcan fried food, tumbet and the famous ensaimadas.
