The views of the sea from the porch and the private garden make this small house an exceptional place to spend a few days of vacation, rest and relaxation. From the garden we will have a direct exit to a rocky beach where we can enjoy a swim. The garden stairs give us access to the entrance of the house, but not before passing through the beautiful porch furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a table where you can enjoy a good meal outdoors while enjoying the sea views.
Distributed over a single floor, the interior of the property is in a rustic style. At the entrance of the house we will find a very bright open space where the first living room of the house and the dining room are. This room has two armchairs and a very comfortable sofa where you can watch a movie at night thanks to the Smart TV. The dining room is ideal for eating with your companions the food prepared in the gas kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook peacefully throughout the stay. The second living room also has another TV along with a sofa and an armchair. At bedtime they have 4 rooms for all the guests, all with a closet and a fan for the hottest nights. Three bedrooms have a double bed and the fourth has a bunk bed. Finally, two full bathrooms with a shower and an en-suite bathroom, without a shower, serve the entire house. If you travel with a baby, a crib and high chair will be provided. They can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Located in Marina Manresa, 1.4 km from the town of Alcudia where there are all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc., including beautiful places to visit, such as its mythical walls. At a distance of 3.6km, is the port of Alcudia, a beautiful promenade full of leisure and restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine. If you want to enjoy a day of golf, you can opt for the Alcanada Golf Club located 7 km from the property. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
