This wonderful house has a fantastic private salt pool - measuring 8 x 4 m and 1 to 1.5 m deep -, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as several perfectly furnished terraces to prepare delicious outdoor barbecues and enjoy the good weather having an aperitif or a drink. In addition, the beach is only 300 meters away so you can access it on foot at any time. The terrace has an outdoor shower.
Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room, perfect for organizing memorable banquets and relaxing accompanied by TV-SAT. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob, everything you need to cook and a practical table with chairs for a quick coffee or breakfast. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, two with two single beds, and the last one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A cot, a high chair, a hair dryer and 5 fans are available. Finally, the independent bathroom of the house has a shower.
The property is located in Ca'n Picafort, a coastal town ideal for lovers of tranquility but who do not want to give up having fun and enjoying. This is because it is a fairly quiet as well as lively place, especially in summer, with countless services such as bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, etc. In addition, a long promenade by the sea is ideal for walking accompanied by good views. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
