During summer days it is wonderful to cool off in the private chlorine pool with a size of 8m x 4m and a depth of between 1.1m and 1.9m. On six sun loungers you can tan and enjoy the good weather. The large porch offers the perfect setting for a long breakfast or a family barbecue. The gravel garden with different plants gives a modern touch to the exterior. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. The modern style continues inside the estate, offering space on a single floor for six guests. The living room has satellite television, access to the porch and is open to the kitchen-dining room. Here chefs find all the utensils to prepare their favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob, electric oven and a dishwasher so they don't have to bother with washing dishes. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is very practical. Here they rest in three beautiful bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed. A cot and high chair are available on request. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and bidet and the second with a hydromassage bathtub, complete the equipment. There is air conditioning in the dining area and in all three bedrooms. Although it belongs to the municipality of Campanet, the farm is closer to Sa Pobla where you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. On Sundays you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit at the Sa Pobla market. The highway is nearby, so you can easily get to the Bay of Alcúdia by car, which is about 15 minutes away by car. Fine sandy beaches, for example Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are ideal for families. If you visit us in winter, the area is perfect for hiking and cycling. You can explore the trails of Pollença, Campanet or take an excursion to the Lluc monastery. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
