This country house has very spacious and well-kept exteriors. It has a 9x4.5m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.30m to 1.85m. Around the pool there is a 70m2 paved surface where you can rest on one of the 10 sun loungers available and where there is also 1 parasol. In this paved area you will also find 1 outdoor shower where you can rinse off when coming from the beach or after walking in the countryside. At the same time, outside the chalet there are fruit trees and a 90 m2 fenced grass area, which is perfect for the little ones to enjoy. This home has a total of 3 furnished terraces (2 of them are accessed from 2 of the rooms on the 1st floor): 2 have dimensions of 12 m2 and the 3rd has dimensions of 30m2. The house is surrounded by a 24m2 porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors with your family and friends. Near the porch there is also 1 fixed barbecue where you can enjoy outdoor cooking. In addition to all this, this property also has a gym with 2 machines on the 1st floor and an area where you can play basketball and table tennis in the entrance patio. The privacy of this country house is partial and it has outdoor space to park 5 vehicles, as well as a charger for electric cars.
The living room with air conditioning and fireplace of this wonderful house is the ideal place to rest while watching satellite television, a DVD movie, or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is open to the living room and there you can enjoy long conversations with your loved ones. The property's independent kitchen has everything you need to give free rein to your imagination by cooking your best dishes, including a gas stove. The house has 1 separate laundry room in which it has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 large bedrooms in the property, 1 with 1 double bed and the remaining 3 with 2 single beds. All rooms have air conditioning, wardrobes and have 1 crib for the little ones in the house. The chalet is located on a plot of 11,000 m2 and in an environment that invites you to take long walks through the dry fields, with almond trees and pine forests. The house is just 450m from the town of S'Horta where you can find everything you may need during your stay. This is a town with a lot of commercial life and interesting places to visit. Just 4.5km away you will find the Cala d'Or beach, one of the most authentic areas of Mallorca. With the car and in just 15 min. You can also reach other worthwhile beaches such as Cala Mondragó, Cala Ferrera, Portopetro or Cala Sa Nau. In addition, this property is 60km from the city of Palma where you can make tourist and cultural visits, go shopping or enjoy the city's nightlife.

The owners are committed to sustainability so the house makes use of solar panels and you will also find an electric vehicle charging station. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
