The pool measures 12 x 6 meters and its depth ranges from 1 to 1.70 meters. It is surrounded by a comfortable tiled area that includes a solarium with 6 sun loungers and two parasols where you can tan or perhaps read an interesting book in the shade. Then we arrive at the porch next to the house, perfectly furnished to enjoy your stay outdoors as it includes an outdoor dining area as well as another with armchairs and an outdoor sofa where you can have a few drinks at sunset. And if that were not enough, the house includes a large barbecue area where you can cook succulent grilled recipes that you can enjoy al fresco under the sail awnings. The property is fenced, and although there are close neighbors, privacy is total.

The beautiful two-story house exudes comfort thanks to the excellent modern and cozy decoration. An example of this charming style is the large dining room which is equipped with air conditioning and offers two sofas, satellite TV (channels only in German), a beautiful dining table with capacity for 8 people. This area leads to the second room, also with armchairs, sofa and television. The kitchen exudes a charming rustic style and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, a nice table with chairs perhaps for breakfast, spacious countertops for cooking and direct access to the outside. To rest, our guests will be able to choose between 4 bedrooms. One of them is still located on the main floor and has 2 single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, two with two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe, as well as the last one which has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a beautiful terrace with unparalleled views of the fields full of vegetation. There are three more bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and two more upstairs, both with a bathtub. To complete the equipment, the house has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, as well as a crib and high chair in case you travel with your baby.

This beautiful farm is located in a quiet rural area in the municipality of Costitx. It is the perfect place for excursions within the island thanks to its central location that allows you to reach any point in a reasonable time. The town is nearby, just 2.7 km, and offers basic services such as a small supermarket and some bars and restaurants. Sineu, not too far away, offers greater services and you cannot miss its traditional market that takes place along its streets every Wednesday. As for the beaches, the closest is Es Capellans, which is only 30.1 km away. It is an incredible beach with crystal-clear waters and soft, golden sand where you can also take the opportunity to taste an exquisite paella right on the beach in one of the beach bars on the sand.
