This charming town house stands out for its beautiful exterior design, which includes a patio, a balcony and a terrace. On the ground floor, the cozy patio houses a chlorine pool 6 meters long by 3.4 meters wide, with a depth that varies from 0.90 to 1.65 meters. Equipped with sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower and a handy barbecue, the patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. On the upper terrace, there is a cold water jacuzzi, providing an idyllic place to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. This charming two-story house offers a warm welcome with a hall on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool. Upon ascending to the main floor, a spacious and bright living room is revealed, equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning, complemented by a generous sofa that invites you to relax. The separate kitchen features a gas stove, barista-style coffee maker and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious dishes. For rest, three bedrooms, one with a full bathroom, with a hydromassage bathtub, double bed and air conditioning and the other two with a double bed. A final bathroom, with a shower, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, offer additional amenities. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided, ensuring a worry-free family stay. María de la Salud is a charming town surrounded by lush fields and mountainous landscapes, where there is the parish church dedicated to the Virgin María de la Salud. Nearby trails invite relaxing walks, while agricultural fields offer a glimpse into rural life and traditional island agriculture. Additionally, the proximity to the coast allows residents and visitors to enjoy the nearby beaches. It is also worth highlighting the typical Majorcan cuisine, which you can taste in the area.
