This beautiful rustic property offers you dream exteriors. Located on a small hill, it has about 35,000 m2 of land full of trees and pure nature. Even a small orchard with fruit trees invites you to pick the fruits yourself if it is the right season. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a wonderful outdoor barbecue or enjoy a glass of wine under the reed pergola next to the private pool, surrounded by natural stone. It measures 10 m x 5 m and has a depth of 1.40 m to 1.90 m, it is made of chlorine and has several hammocks around it so you can sunbathe, take a dip and enjoy the incredible views. The outdoor bathroom with shower is very practical. The plot is fenced and offers total privacy. This admirable house, distributed over two floors, consists of two living rooms with fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax watching satellite television, your favorite movies on DVD or simply take a nap. One of the rooms is especially beautiful, since the walls are made of Majorcan stone and the ceiling is made of wooden beams, which gives it a pleasant warm and rustic appearance.
