The lovely ground-floor finca "Can Grau Petit" is located on a large private property in the heart of Mallorca, between Inca and Sencelles. The finca is meticulously maintained by its owners, equipped with quality materials, and very well cared for. It is a small dream house with a salzwater pool (7 x 3,5 m) and a private garden featuring a lawn area, 4 sun loungers, an umbrella, and a barbecue. The house is oriented towards the pool area, with a beautiful covered porch where you'll find a sofa area for relaxation and a table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Upon entering the house from the pool area, you will find a bright living room with a dining area and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Additionally, the house comprises two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, and pool and bath towels are provided for all guests. Sencelles is an idyllic village in the center of Mallorca, near Inca, the third-largest city in Mallorca with its numerous shops. The location serves as a good starting point for excursions in all directions of the island: Palma is less than a 30-minute drive away, as are the beautiful beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. The Tramuntana Mountains are just 20 minutes away. Electricity according to consumption: 0,28 euros/kWh. Deposit: 100 euros / week. The tourist tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid on arrival in cash.
