The exteriors are very beautiful, it has garden areas, an 8m x 4 m salt pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.20 m. A fully furnished porch invites you to celebrate evenings with your family, perhaps preparing a barbecue? The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors around. The 90 m2 house distributed on one floor has two bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. For the little ones we will prepare a crib and a high chair. The living-dining room is bright and cozy, has air conditioning, satellite TV, a large sofa, a small table, a closed fireplace, and a table with chairs. The independent kitchen offers a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The villa is in the countryside but at the same time only a few minutes drive from the town of Sencelles, a charming place in the center of the island. There is a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants and everything you need for your stay. However, a car is necessary, on the one hand to get to the beach and on the other to move around the island. About half an hour's drive separates you from the beautiful northern coast with fine sand beaches and crystal clear waters, for example Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Alcúdia. They need the same time to reach the southern coast. The access road to the property is shared. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
