The 40 m2 single-story house has 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and 1 en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is availability for 1 crib and 1 high chair. The living room-kitchen-dining room all in the same space is equipped with a sofa, 1 small table, TV-Sat, 1 table with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen is vitro and has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem.

The accommodation is just 6 km from Sa Rapita, where you can find everything you need during your holidays: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sand beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands.
