The beautiful garden of this wonderful rustic house invites you to relax, in the most absolute tranquility, while taking a pleasant bath in the chlorine pool - measuring 7 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep - or while sunbathing on the 4 sun loungers or on the cool grass. And, after a great morning, a comfortable furnished porch is perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue prepared by lovers of outdoor cooking. The plot is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy.

With two floors, the house always manages to surprise our guests thanks to its deep-rooted Mallorcan style. It exactly reflects the essence of the rustic houses on the island with its old and preserved furniture, its wooden beams and its beautiful decorative details. The living-dining room, which is pure proof of this with its impressive fireplace, invites you to watch satellite TV, rest or chat together. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, a table with chairs, to eat right here if you wish, and much more. Right here you also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Going up the stairs you find the two bedrooms of the house, both with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub, closet, AC and access to a terrace. One of them has a double bed and space to accommodate a crib and a high chair, and the second has two single beds.

The location of this accommodation is perfect as it gives you the possibility of enjoying the calm and peace of the countryside but, at the same time, all the necessary services offered by the center of the charming town of Pollensa, in just a few minutes by car. Being located near the Tramuntana Mountains, it is perfect for excursions on foot, by bicycle or even by car, getting to know all the exciting corners. The closest sandy beach is Puerto de Pollensa, about 4.3 km away, although we also recommend visiting beautiful coves such as Cala de Sant Vicens.

The air conditioning hours in the bedrooms are from 7 pm to 5 am. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
