The house has a private chlorine pool, 9m x 4.5m and a depth of 1m to 2m. There are days when you probably don't want to go out, but rather stay home, swim in the pool, sunbathe on one of the six sun loungers and share moments with your family, perhaps accompanied by a delicious barbecue or a long breakfast. The trampoline, ping-pong table and basketball basket will delight both children and adults. Depending on the season you can pick fresh fruit from the trees, for example pomegranates, lemons, oranges and apricots. The plot is fenced and there are several neighbors scattered around the area.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, ceramic hob and air conditioning, and a comfortable living room with Smart TV. On this same floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is located near Inca, a city that is well connected by the highway and the train. On Thursdays the famous market takes place, which has been celebrated for several centuries. At the same time, you will find supermarkets, cafes and good restaurants with Mallorcan cuisine, the so-called cellers. Being close to the mountains, you can take excursions through the Tramuntana, to the Lluc monastery, to the Goig Blau reservoir or to the picturesque towns of DeiÃ, Valldemossa and Sóller. The northern coast is about half an hour's drive away and surprises with dream beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia and Son Serra de Marina.
