The exteriors are perfect to enjoy the good weather and relax after spending the day on the beach. Tan under the Mediterranean sun in the comfortable beds, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch and relax on the outdoor sofas with a drink at sunset. There are close neighbors.
The two-story house has been renovated and decorated with exquisite taste, taking advantage of the upper rooms to enjoy the sea views. On the ground floor we find a wonderful kitchen-dining room equipped with a gas stove and with space for 8 people. There is another more formal dining room where stone and wood stand out. This floor is completed with a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor we have the fabulous living room with stunning views of the Bay of Pollença and equipped with Smart TV-sat. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms, all three with a double bed and one of them also with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All four bedrooms are equipped with AC. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. 5 ceiling fans and 4 electric radiators complete the accommodation.
The house is located in the middle of the bay of Pollença and a few kilometers from the port, where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. You can get there by taking a walk along the sea along the lane enabled for pedestrians and bicycles. Pollença beach is a beautiful golden sandy area with a very family atmosphere. By car you will have quick access to the beautiful towns of Pollença or Alcúdia. And don't forget that the beach and the Formentor viewpoint are a must-see.
There is outside parking to the front of the house shared with a neighbor.
The access road is shared.
On the property there are 3 bicycles for client use. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

People under 16 years old excluded. At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner.
