Inside, the two-story house has a rustic and comfortable style. The living-dining room with sofas has a television with Astra (German and English channels) and a DVD player. The dining table invites 8 guests to eat together and enjoy chats and laughter. The kitchen is very authentic and you can still see the well that was once the only source of water for the house - today it is a decorative element. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker and some cooking utensils; among other things. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In total, the house has 4 double bedrooms; They are located on the first floor, three of them with two single beds and one with a double bed. Additionally, upstairs there are two bathrooms with a bathtub and sink. Another bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have beautiful views of the countryside and are equipped with air conditioning as well as a wardrobe and there is space to prepare a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby. In one of the rooms there is a small safe.
The villa is located in the mountains, but at the same time only 4.5 km from Playa de Muro. It is a long beach, with fine white sand that connects the towns Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. There are areas where there is no construction and you can enjoy nature and an intact dune system. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find a wide range of leisure activities, many restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars and playgrounds. The S'Albufera natural park is open all year round and is home to a wide variety of animals, especially birds. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
