A swim in the 7.5m x 4m pool is a good plan to start the day. It has a depth of between 1.2m and 1.9m and is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and an outdoor shower. They can use the fixed barbecue there, and prepare their star dishes outdoors. Both the porch and the terrace are furnished, ideal for a long breakfast or dinner with the family. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. The porch gives access to a spacious living-dining room. There is a pellet stove for colder days. Finally, they have a bicycle and a helmet at their disposal. Since the house is close to the S'Albufera natural park, it is ideal for lovers of running, hiking, cycling and photography fans, since the area offers a great variety of birds and a landscape made for taking photos. Muro beach is characterized by being a quiet beach, with fine sand and moderate waves, little urbanization and mostly backed by a dune system. In both Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and all the necessary services for your holidays. The picturesque old town of Alcúdia stands out for its ancient wall, the Roman theater and the pretty alleys. The market takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays, which extends throughout the town.
