Surrounded by trees and mountains, the exteriors of this beautiful house are ideal for spending time outdoors. Several terraces and a large pergola are perfect for having breakfast, sunbathing on the 2 sun loungers, reading something while having a coffee or a glass of wine and even watching the sea. But the best thing will be to cool off in the fantastic private salt pool that measures 9 x 2.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.5 meters.
The one-story house offers a beautiful living-dining room with satellite television, air conditioning and a fireplace for the coldest days, a large kitchen with a ceramic hob, two bathrooms with a shower, and two bedrooms with a closet, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. One of the rooms offers a double bed, direct access outside and space to prepare a cot and a high chair. The other has two single beds. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The location is wonderful if you like the beach, as it is located just 600 meters from the authentic fishing villages. Colonia de Sant Pere is a small and charming town with all the necessary services accessible on foot: bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc.
The swimming pool is not available from December 15 to January 15. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
