You will not regret spending a well-deserved vacation in this quiet villa. The exteriors are great; There is a large terrace at the front of the house to enjoy a good breakfast, and a furnished porch perfect for a barbecue. The private pool is made of salt and measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 to 1.90 m. On the terrace you will find six hammocks and 1 parasol for sunbathing, as well as a bathroom with shower for your greater comfort. Children will enjoy playing in the natural garden with different fruit trees. There is a chicken coop on the plot and the owner always takes care of his animals. And the best of all is that they can use the eggs to cook.

With a single distribution floor, the house has a large living room with TV-SAT where you can lie down and relax on the sofa and a rustic dining room with a fireplace and television so you can watch something interesting while eating as a family. The renovated kitchen, despite being small, has everything you need such as a microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and an electric stove. There is 1 bathroom with a shower in the house and two bedrooms with a double bed, AC and wardrobe. One of them has direct access to the garden. We can prepare a crib and a high chair for you wherever you want. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and three fans if needed.

The house is ideal for those seeking tranquility and for beach lovers, since the fine sand beach is only 900 meters away. On the Can Picafort promenade you can take long walks or have a coffee or a homemade ice cream. Additionally, they can experience boat excursions to Formentor. During the summer, boats leave from the port every day. In the center there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and a children's playground. On Fridays it takes place, we recommend visiting the famous market. If one day you don't feel like going to the beach, you can explore the surroundings, for example by taking a trip to the old town of Alcúdia or Pollença, a visit to the S'Albufera natural park or the Campanet and Artí caves, or a day with the children in the Alcúdia water park.
