The soft and fresh sea breeze can be felt from every corner of this house, especially on the front terrace, accompanying you while you read a good book or have a coffee or tea observing the liveliness of the streets. The warm temperature of course invites you to take a few steps to the sea and cool off for as long as you want. After that, there is no doubt that hunger will attack them, so they will be able to satisfy it with a delicious barbecue under the porch, ideal for eating together both day and night.

The house, upon entering, offers a large space made up of the living room and the dining area, perfectly furnished for you to relax on the sofas to chat or take a nap. This moment will be even more pleasant thanks to satellite television and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent, gas and with access to the interior porch, has a renewed feel so that our guests feel at home cooking their favorite dishes. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located outside. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one of them exterior, and three bedrooms with a closet so you can rest peacefully. Two of them have a double bed and the other has two single beds. If you are traveling with a baby, in any of these we can place a crib and a high chair. In case you need it, up to three fans are available.

Can Picafort is a very quiet coastal area and inhabited by local people, especially during the winter months. In summer, it becomes a more touristy and lively place, so you will have at your fingertips all the services you need and a wide variety of places and plans to do, such as having a beer or a glass of wine on the beach. Given its great extension, water sports are a great idea for an entertaining day. At sunset, we recommend taking a detour along its long walk or moving to the Port of Alcúdia, which is even more lively. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
