The exteriors are fantastic, where you can see the countryside and views of the town. Cool off in its 8 x 4.5 m2 pool, relax on one of its 6 sun loungers, play in the garden, or simply walk around contemplating the different fruit trees on the property. On the 9m2 porch you will find a barbecue where you can cook some exquisite dishes that you can enjoy with your family and friends on the 24m2 terrace fully equipped with a table, chairs and a tent.
The 170m2 house distributed over 2 floors has capacity for 7 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with a double bed, air conditioning, mountain views and en suite, equipped with a bathtub; and the other 3 bedrooms, located on the 1st floor, have a double bed and air conditioning. There are 2 more bathrooms that serve the entire house, 1 with a bathtub on the ground floor, and another with a shower on the 1st floor. It has a crib. Relax in one of the two rooms that the house contains. A quieter one, equipped with 4 sofas, and TV-Sat; and the other is part of the living-kitchen-dining room complex, where you will find a table and chairs, 2 sofas and air conditioning. The vitro kitchen area is fully equipped so you can cook without any problem. It has an iron, ironing board and washing machine.
LLoseta is a town located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a small city where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, artisan products, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports center, etc. Every Thursday, in Inca, there is a large market in its central streets where you can find textiles, fruits, vegetables, artisanal sausages, ceramics, etc.
In just 30 minutes by car, you will reach “Ses Casetes dels Capellans†and “Ca’n Picafortâ€. Enjoy a day at the beach, eat in a restaurant on the beach, watch the sunset, or simply stroll along the Can Picafort promenade until you reach the port where you will find a wide variety of boats. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage.
