The communal chlorine pool, although not heated, is available all year round. Apart from the swimming pool with a size of 20m x 7m and a depth of 1.7m you have access to a children's pool (depth: 0.35m) and an outdoor shower. The apartment has a private terrace overlooking the golf course. The neighborhood is very quiet and you will enjoy a family atmosphere.
The house is on the second floor with an elevator. The living-dining room with air conditioning and television has a sofa that can be prepared as a sofa bed for two people. If one day you don't feel like eating out, you have at your disposal a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and kitchen utensils, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A kettle is available upon prior request. The comfortable bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, exit to the terrace and space to put a cot and a high chair. The bathroom with shower and bidet serves the apartment.
Located on the front line of the golf course and a few meters from the equestrian center, this apartment is ideal for sports lovers. In addition, the La Marjal de Oliva-Pego natural park is almost next door. This humid area is home to many types of birds and animals and guided tours are offered to learn more about this area. Oliva Nova beach, 1 km away, has fine sand and is generally very quiet. In the center of Oliva there are many tapas bars, shops and good restaurants, as well as archaeological sites and museums. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
