Dit fantastische vakantiehuis aan de Costa Blanca heeft een privézwembad en een verlichte, omheinde tuin met meerdere zitjes en uitzicht op Mongo en de zee. 's Avonds kunt u volop genieten van uw welverdiende vakantie met familie en vrienden met een lekker diner onder het terras gekookt in de buitenkeuken.
Met het strand op 4,1 km van het huis, de golfbaan van La Sella Golf op 7,7 km en het bos op 500 m is er in de directe omgeving genoeg te beleven. Ook een bezoek aan het Castell de Dénia is zeer de moeite waard, evenals de centra van populaire kustplaatsen als Moraira, Altea en Benidorm en The Orange City. Ook kunnen kinderen genieten van een leuke dag in het Denia Toy Museum, op 4,2 km afstand.
De woonkamer heeft een tv, een open haard, een comfortabele zithoek en een smart TV. Een van de badkamers is uitgerust met een ligbad. Alle slaapkamers, woonkamers, evenals het appartement, zijn voorzien van vloerverwarming en airconditioning. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor 4 auto's.
Houd rekening met de buurt en zet geen muziek aan op het terras of in de tuin. Gedraag je ook 's avonds rustig, niet te luid.

Fantastich huis, alles uitstekend geregeld.
Perfect for family vacations! We spent most of our time in the pool, The beach is a short drive away, so that was nice, Just wish there were more dining options closer

Our stay at this villa was quite pleasant, It had everything we needed: a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a lovely bathtub for unwinding after a day out, The location is great for exploring the Costa Blanca—Montgó Nature Reserve is just a stone's throw away, The only downside was the strict noise policy in the evening, but we appreciated the quiet atmosphere
We had a wonderful stay at Belvilla by OYO Ca la Vida! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden where we spent most of our evenings, The outdoor kitchen was a fantastic addition, allowing us to grill and dine al fresco while enjoying the stunning views of the sea and Mongo, It's just a short drive to the beaches, which made it easy for us to enjoy both relaxation and adventure, The local toy museum was a hit with the kids too! Overall, a perfect getaway for our family
