With extensive exteriors located near the sea, this house stands out for its tranquility due to its rural environment. In the garden you will find the chlorine pool that measures 12x4 meters with a depth of 1.8 meters. The pool has hammocks and an umbrella so you can lie down and relax under the Mediterranean sun. The large garden offers a games area with a pool table under the shade of a porch. Before entering the interior of the house, there is a fully furnished porch where you can enjoy meals outdoors with your companions.
The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, begins with a large living room where different rooms are distinguished. First is the first room with Smart TV and two sofas, ideal for enjoying a movie night. They have a second living room designed to enjoy quiet reading as this space has a bookcase and two armchairs with views of the fish pond in the garden. At meal time, they have a fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils and a dining space. The kitchen has an exit to a second porch furnished with a barbecue. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the last bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower. All bedrooms have A/C. A final bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. They will have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and if traveling with a baby they will be offered a crib and high chair.
The location of this property is ideal. The beautiful Platja de Can Cap de Bou is just 5 km away, ideal for spending sunny days by the sea. They have the extensive promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the rich Spanish cuisine. If you prefer, you can choose to visit the picturesque town of Pollença where you can visit the Calvari Oratory (to access it you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for each day of the year) and walk through the fantastic cobblestone streets.
