With beautiful exteriors, the house stands out for its tranquility. In the garden you will find the private chlorine pool that measures 11m x 4m and has a depth that ranges between 1.20m and 1.90m. The pool area has hammocks and an umbrella so you can lie down and relax in the sun. There is also a porch where you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the fixed barbecue that is nearby or if you prefer, you can extend your evenings on the sofa area also located in the same area.
The interior of the house is distributed on a single floor opening with a large living room equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen is ideal for sharing moments with your companions and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime you will find two full bedrooms, the first has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the second has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. And also if you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
The location is ideal since it is located in Pollença, a beautiful town in the north of the island famous for its natural beauty and quiet atmosphere. Less than 1km from the property you can find all the amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The beautiful Platja de Can Cap de Bou is just 6 km away and is perfect for spending sunny days by the sea. It has the extensive promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the rich Spanish cuisine.
