A fantastic 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.2m and 1.7m is at the sole disposal of our guests. The beautiful garden with the old olive tree and the porch with a Caribbean hammock invite you to spend a relaxing afternoon, perhaps with a delicious family barbecue? Four sun loungers are ideal for sun lovers and if you get hot, there is an outside shower to cool off quickly. In addition, both children and adults enjoy playing ping-pong or billiards. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors in the area.
The rooms are spread over a single floor and are decorated in a rustic and comfortable way. A living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite television invites you to sit on the sofa; during autumn nights perhaps accompanied by a warm fire in the wood stove. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, two fans, two electric radiators, a crib and a high chair complete the equipment of this property.
Ideal for those seeking tranquility, this house is in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. At the same time, it is an ideal place for excursions, for example, to the underground springs of Ses Fonts Ufanes, the Campanet Caves, the Lluc monastery or the Sa Calobra cove. In Campanet and Sa Pobla you find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and everything else for an independent stay. The next sandy beach is the Bahía de Alcúdia, formed by Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia, accessible in more or less 20-30 minutes by car.
