The exteriors of the property are perfect for relaxing after a day visiting the island. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch or bathe in the salt pool that measures 6 x 3.20 meters and has a depth ranging between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Inside, the spaces are distributed along a single floor in a traditional and cozy style. Upon entering from the porch you find the living room with fireplace, satellite TV and table for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a gas stove. The sleeping area offers three double bedrooms with fan and wardrobe. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two have two single beds and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.

Biniali is a district of the municipality of Sencelles, but in reality the farm is closer to the town of Binissalem, where you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The location of the property is excellent for getting around the island as it is quite centralized. The closest beach is in Palma but you can also go north to see other beautiful beaches such as Alcúdia or Can Picafort, or you can also explore the Tramuntana mountain range and discover incredible landscapes. If you are interested in playing golf during your stay, the closest course is Puntiró, 14.5 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
