On the terrace of this beautiful two-story house you are sure to have great moments. Of course, the terrace itself is an incredible place to enjoy good breakfasts or delicious barbecues whenever you want, but the chlorine pool makes it become a paradise inside a house. With a blue-turquoise color and surrounded by a careful, delicate and warm environment, it is 5 m x 2.5 m in size and with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 m. Next to it they also have an outdoor shower in case they want to cool off quickly after sunbathing on one of the 4 sun loungers or spending some time in the cozy gym, which can be accessed from here by climbing the outside stairs.

Inside, you are welcomed by a large room that runs from part to part of the house and unifies the kitchen with the dining room and the living room. It offers a wood stove, air conditioning and is perfect for spending time together, as you can cook on the ceramic hob while setting up a table to eat, watching TV, listening to some music or even sitting on the sofa for two minutes. Going up the stairs you reach the rooms, all with air conditioning. The first has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, dressing room and space to accommodate a cot/highchair. The other two have two single beds each, both with a hanger for your clothes. There are two more bathrooms with showers in the house, one downstairs and the other upstairs. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is located in the town of Sa Pobla, which is perfect for taking a walk at any time and visiting its main square full of bars, restaurants and shops. In addition, every Sunday its traditional market of fresh and local fruits and vegetables, and many other artisan products, is held. There is also a bus stop, about 650 m away, and a train station 1 km away. The closest beach is Ca'n Picafort, about 12.3 km away. Its white sand and crystal clear waters are truly wonderful.
