This is the ideal accommodation for families who want to spend their holidays together but maintain their privacy. The exterior of the property is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, thanks to its large garden full of corners where you can sunbathe, cook on the barbecue or drink or eat with your companions. In addition, there are several furnished terraces where you can have breakfast admiring the sea views or enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by your family and friends. The star will, without a doubt, be the large elevated pool measuring 5 m in diameter and 1 m deep, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Being located in the town, there are neighbors near the house.

The interior of the two-story home is designed to offer you a well-deserved rest. On the main floor you will find a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, a dining room with access to the garden and a separate kitchen with gas stove. On this same floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with a fan. Of them, 2 have two single beds, while another has a double bed. Two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, serve this floor. On the upper floor there is a living room with AC and TV, a kitchen with a gas stove and three more bedrooms, all with a fan. Of them, two have a double bed, while the last one has a single bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, are located on this floor. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Sa RÃ pita is located in a coastal enclave with unmatched charm, as it is very close to the paradisiacal and protected beaches of Sa RÃ pita, Es Trenc or Ses Covetes. In the town you will have all the essential services necessary as well as a wide variety of bars, restaurants and leisure offers. From the nearby town of Colonia de Sant Jordi you can take an excursion to Cabrera and get to know this island protected and inhabited exclusively by native species. Additionally, in Colonia de Sant Jordi there is a species recovery center where you can learn about the marine flora and fauna of the island. The island capital, Palma, is just 30 minutes away by car. We encourage you to visit and explore its streets full of life, its historic center and, of course, its impressive cathedral.
